We've been living in our property since Oct 07 and still have outstanding faults to be resolved.
After 10 months of chasing them,I finally got 2 guys from Bovis out to do the work in Feb 09.They were here for 2 days but I reckon they worked for about 4 hrs in that time.They didnt have half the things that had been ordered to do the work and the items they did have were faulty. They left promising to flag up the outstanding jobs to the Customer Care Team and that someone would be in touch.
No surprise to hear that no one got in touch,so I emailed them in April and got a callback from Bill Banham. I gave him the details and he said he would deal with it.
In June after hearing nothing again,I emailed and Bill Banham called me again.He took the details again and said he would be in touch.
Yet again I have heard nothing.ARHHHH
Is anyone else still having problems getting faults rectified ? If youve managed to get things resolved please advise me what you had to do to achieve it.
